Karla Shellhammer

Karla Shellhammer is a black belt in BJJ under Karen Antunes. She was born in Caracas, Venezuela and moved to the US in 2003. She accomplished her black belt in 7 years while being a busy mother of two by competing through every belt level.

She has over 200 competitive matches and over 140 wins. She recently won her first black belt major—IBJJF’s Master International. Her coaching philosophy is “You Get What You Put Into It.”
